Diane Marger Moore
Diane Marger Moore earned her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia Law School in 1978. Ms. Moore is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar, the Louisiana Bar, and the State Bar of Indiana. Ms. Moore has served as Deputy Attorney General, Chief Deputy Prosecutor and Magistrate in the Major Felony Division of the Indiana courts. She is experienced in Family law, including divorce and child custody, contempt, grandparent rights, ligitgation, adoption, and legitimation. She is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in civil litigation.
Ms. Marger Moore is a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Indiana State Bar and was a member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
The paralegal staff of the firm is also very experienced and highly dedicated.
Kerrie Heffner has been with the firm since 2003. She has worked in the area of family law, divorce, adoption, child custody, and child support.
Gloria McConnell has been with the firm since 2007. She has previous experience with corporate law but also has worked in the area of family law.
