Military Servicemen and Servicewomen Have Rights
The men and women who serve their country have a right to custody, visitation, parenting time and other rights to and with their children. Being overseas does not mean that you or your family members must be deprived from 
visiting with or having custody of your children. Sometime, though, those rights have to be fought for in the courts.
