Trial by Judge or Jury Trial
Georgia is one of the few states in the United States
where a husband or wife 
has an absolute right to a trial by jury,
if they choose. There is no greater means of "leveling the playing
field" than
having a trial by jury. While not every case demands such a trial,
Diane Marger Moore has tried many such divorces. She is experienced with
recognized trial skills.
