Visitation

Sometimes custody is not the primary issue, but adequate and reasonable visitation is a struggle. There is no such thing as a "standard family" nor a "standard divorce" and there should not be a "standard visitation". Visitation must meet the needs of the children and the adults. For that reason, we will work with you and the Court to obtain the best parenting plan for your needs.

The parent who travels or works weekends is entitled to parent their children as much as a person with a 9 to 5 job. The law recognizes this right, but only if someone advocates for you. We ARE advocates for our clients.
